Just before sitting down to write this I watched the recording of last week’s Immersion Coaching call and I had to smile. For the thing I want to see more of in world, especially right now, is more people being grounded. And in the recording there was Sherri, super grounded in the middle of a big surprise.
We seem to all be in for a surprise these days, right? Who would have thought that a small virus could shut down a ton of activities all around the world and change every day life? While we all get used to new routines as we and our children stay at home more it is important to take good care of ourselves and each other.
With all the information flying around the media and the Internet it is that much more important to stay or become grounded. I saw it in Sherri. By being grounded she is able to stand tall in her situation right now and see the opportunities. So awesome, Sherri!
I feel we are called to do the same. This little virus is giving us opportunities for rest (ours and the planet’s), for more awareness around our life’s choices and to connect with and clear unconscious fears and so much more if we but stay grounded and therefore available for these chances to do better.
